Peppermint Essential Oil
Peppermint oil is highly prized in aromatherapy for many uses. A few drops can be taken to ease nausea and stomach aches, motion sickness, vomiting in pregnancy, and cramps. It is used topically when diluted in blends for sore muscles and cooling the body. When used in a diffuser for aromatherapy it has been found to stimulate the nervous system and calm the mind.

I've used YL's peppermint for migraines, and while it has helped, after awhile it starts to smell like gasoline to me and worsens the headache. EOX's peppermint has worked wonders on my migraines and never given me the smell that YL's seems to. I'm very happy with the quality of EOX and have switched from YL as a result.
